Discovery is the paid first stage of a Custom WordPress build. It runs before the build proposal so we can scope your project properly — without guesswork, without padded estimates, and without you committing to a full build before we know what it actually involves.
Discovery is for Custom-tier prospects only. If you are looking at our Sprint or Growth tiers, we go straight from a 20-minute fit call to proposal — no Discovery needed.

- Technical scoping of integrations, data flows, and bespoke functionality
- Information architecture and sitemap recommendation
- Risk register — what could derail the build, and how we mitigate it
- Detailed build proposal with fixed scope, fixed price, and fixed timeline
Pricing
Discovery — from €1,500. The full Discovery fee is credited against your Custom build if you proceed. If you decide not to build with us, you keep the deliverables.
Why Discovery exists
Custom WordPress builds start at €15,000 and can run significantly higher depending on scope. We do not believe in quoting that kind of investment without a properly scoped project. Discovery protects both sides — you get a real plan instead of a sales pitch, and we get a clear contract instead of a vague brief.
