The Situation

CMIT had outgrown their website.

The site was outdated, difficult to navigate, and couldn’t keep up with the organisation’s growth. New courses were being added, careers pages needed publishing, and every update required outside help.

The team couldn’t move fast enough. Visitors couldn’t find what they were looking for. And the site was quietly losing traffic, conversions, and credibility.

CMIT didn’t need a redesign. They needed infrastructure they could actually grow on.

What We Did

Empowered the team to publish independently

A custom content system built on Advanced Custom Fields gave CMIT’s team full control over course listings, careers pages, and programme content, no developer needed for day-to-day updates.

Simplified the customer journey

We restructured the site architecture and navigation so prospective learners could find the right course, understand what’s involved, and enquire, in fewer clicks, with less friction.

Built for performance, not just appearance

Every page was optimised for speed, accessibility, and search visibility from day one. No bloated plugins, no shortcuts, no “we’ll fix it later.

“The new site gave us a platform we could actually grow on. We’ve expanded our course offering significantly and the site keeps up — traffic is up, enquiries are up, and we’re not relying on anyone else to keep it updated.”
